The current project, conceived by the DUBESSET and LYON Architect's office, is for a physics teaching block for Paris South University. Following on from the current University establishments at the Saclay plateau, this new 10 700 m2 teaching block is planned for completion in 2018. The DUBESSET & LYON project consists of two main parts arranged in floors, built on an underground car park: a dug-out twin-level rectangular hub to create an open Southwest-facing courtyard, and a 4-level construction, oriented diagonally with respect to the hub. This project must comply with the performance required to obtain the Effinergie label and the RT 2012 with Bbio less than 20% and a Cep less than 30%. Cap Ingelec will carry out the fluids and information systems security missions.
