CHÂTEAU CHEVAL BLANC
An intervention on an exceptional site
Château Cheval Blanc, the first grand cru classé in Saint-Emilion, belongs to the family of exceptional wines. It is also an exceptional winery that has just been built by the architect Christian de Portzanparc, with the contribution of Cap Ingelec for the project management of the technical lots and the architect Olivier Chadebost for the project management of the execution. This project, innovative in its architecture, is just as much so in the technical nature of the equipment created: concrete tanks with ultra-precise thermal circuits, discreet technical installations… Cap Ingelec also intervened in this project as assistant to the HQE contracting authority, which largely contributed to the chateau being the first to be equipped with a wine storehouse certified according to the Certivea “logistic platform” referential”.
