UBISOFT

The company UBISOFT plans to build in BORDEAUX on the ZAC BASTIDE NIEL an office building of 7,700 sqm on Avenue Abadie, on a plot of 3,579 sqm. This program is part of an urban rehabilitation project of 35 hectares of wasteland. Within this framework, Cap Ingelec is carrying out a mission of Assistance to the Technical Contracting Authority for the realization of this office building.

At the beginning of 2021, as soon as the work begins, this project management assistance mission will be followed by a mission of execution project management. The project will mainly house offices, but also server rooms and should be delivered in 2022.
