OUR EMPLOYEE-SHAREHOLDERS!
Cap Ingelec’s success was built on the respect and the loyalty of its employees. 2 facts support this commitment. The first concern the opening of a portion of our capital to them. Launched in 2017 and sold via 3 subscription campaigns, the process was widely-applauded. Almost 80% of our employees now own shares whose value has greatly increased due to the company’s development. This innovative approach reinforces cohesion and loyalty of personnel who have always been involved in the company’s growth. For several years now, Cap Ingelec has also been committed to greater male/female equality. We support the careers of our female employees, especially our engineers.
In 2023, Cap Ingelec obtained a grade of 86 out of 100 for male/female equality. This grade was calculated and published in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, significant efforts have been made among young engineers who have recently joined us. The latter benefit from integrated training and, after only a few years of experience, are offered rare career-development opportunities within France and outside of France.
