Stéphanie shares with us her role, the concrete actions she has put in place at Cap Ingelec and her valuable advice on how to better support illness and disability within the company.
People with disabilities make up around 10% of the French population, not including their families and loved ones. They are potentially employees, consumers, suppliers, investors and decision-makers. They all demand the same quality of treatment and protection against discrimination.
For 10 years, Cap Ingelec has been committed to a responsible approach to :
- Diversity and non-discrimination through recruitment and internal communication, taking into account the specific characteristics of each person).
- Health and safety at work (adapting the working environment for disabled employees and specific training in new tools).
- Career paths (career development, assumption of responsibilities, training, etc.).
We also work to promote diversity and integration by using the services of adapted companies and participating in local outplacement networks.
