On the Cap Ingelec scale, the implementation of a quality management system allows, thanks to the methods and tools developed internally, to better control the “product” supplied to the client, in particular for complex projects on the technical and organizational levels. It is described in a quality reference framework developed and maintained by operational staff in order to correspond as closely as possible to the reality in the field without making daily work more cumbersome. The use of the numerous tools available allows us to gain in efficiency, thanks in particular to the homogenization and rationalization of certain internal processes.
