Our Annual CAP HORIZON Congress

At our annual congress, we brought our management teams together to share our vision, discuss future prospects, and strengthen the collective momentum that drives us forward.

Because our company is built on the women and men who bring it to life, these moments of reflection allow us to refine our strategy together, better understand the expectations of our markets, and prepare for tomorrow’s projects.

Our CEO Matthieu Calès reviewed 2025 and set ambitious goals for 2026, charting the course that will guide CAP INGELEC in the coming years.

A highlight was the presentation by Fabrice Cousin, President of UltraEdge, who shared his vision of the data center market and confirmed our strategic role in a rapidly evolving sector. A valuable insight to keep moving in the right direction.

The congress also featured creative challenges and moments of conviviality : designing an eco-friendly cardboard vehicle and an internal race. Commitment, creativity, and team spirit!

This event reflects who we are: a company that designs, builds, and plans collectively. Together, we are preparing for the challenges ahead with ambition and determination.
