Merger-Acquisition | CAP INGELEC strengthens its leading position in Datacenters thanks to the successful integration of INGENOVA
Following a strategic merger initiated three years ago, INGENOVA is now fully integrated into CAP INGELEC, effective June 1, 2025. This operation follows on from CAP INGELEC’s acquisition of INGENOVA in January 2022, which enabled the Group to strengthen its expertise and positioning in the datacenter market.
A STRATEGIC ACQUISITION FOR STRONGER LEADERSHIP
In 2022, CAP INGELEC reached a key milestone in its development with the acquisition of INGENOVA, a recognized specialist in IT room lifecycle support. This acquisition enabled CAP INGELEC to strengthen its position in the datacenter market, one of its three strategic business areas, alongside Industries and Energy. Over the months, the synergies between the two companies have spontaneously developed, leading to a full merger effective on June 1, 2025, with the approval of all shareholders and after validation by the regulatory authorities.
