On June 11, we organized a team breakfast to introduce our new Spanish employees to CAP INGELEC’s support services: general resources, finance, IT, business development and human resources. This moment of exchange reinforced the cohesion between the teams and highlighted the transversal functions that support our projects on a daily basis.

In 2025, our Madrid branch welcomed 17 new employees. A growth dynamic that fully reflects our ambition and attractiveness.

On June 13, our employees also got together for a day of teambuilding at the Finca Val Azul Wine & Venue. An enriching experience, in an inspiring setting, which encouraged exchanges and strengthened team spirit.
