Lyon, November the 22nd, 2022 – The engineering and realization company CAP INGELEC has just completed a new external growth with the acquisition of the Grenoble-based company ConceptUEL. With this acquisition, the Group strengthens its positioning in the field of Cleanrooms, which is part of the company’s 2021-2025 strategic plan.
This acquisition, officialized on November the 22nd, strengthens Cap Ingelec’s position in the world of Cleanrooms, one of the three Strategic Activity Areas of the Group, along with Datacenters and Critical Infrastructures.
For more than 15 years, ConceptUEL has accompanied its clients in the design and construction of controlled industrial environments. Recognized for its quality of service and its technical services in the field of cleanrooms, ConceptUEL brings additional cutting-edge skills and new development opportunities to CAP INGELEC, in Grenoble and its region.

Taking place in a context of strong growth for Cap Ingelec, this operation will benefit from the group’s synergies and will allow the consolidation of the Cleanrooms commercial offer, directed by Jean-Philippe Cottel.

ConceptUEL’s teams will remain based in Grenoble under the direction of Olivier Debard, Regional Director for the South-East, and will work in close collaboration with all of Cap Ingelec’s offices. Their move is planned in the near future to welcome new collaborators and extend our presence on the territory.
