Our in-depth technical know-how includes a specific project management approach that helps us to complete projects in a structured, well-designed manner: comprehension of the requirements, organization, planning, value-engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM), synthesis, and risk analysis are carefully applied in order to ensure projects optimization and safety.
In addition to the performance of the technical solutions we offer our clients, we are committed to them right up to the project completion stage. This strong commitment translates into performance guarantees that are measured at the time of delivery. This notion of commitment takes on its full meaning in turnkey projects, for which we take overall responsibility for design and construction, providing all the technical, price and deadline guarantees.
To implement our BIM-integrated project processes, we have set up a network infrastructure dedicated to BIM and trained our staff in the use of building information production tools. We have also developed our skills in BIM Management and BIM synthesis so that we are able to understand BIM projects in their entirety and propose collaboration and information control solutions tailored to the needs of the project.
The growth of our turnkey projects has only reinforced the importance we attach to digital mock-ups. We have appointed a BIM Manager to lead our technical teams in making the most of this technology, which facilitates collaborative working and optimises the intrinsic performance of the projects proposed to our customers.
All the results of each stage of the process are fed into our digital models (energy calculations, heating, air conditioning and ventilation sizing, equipment location, alarms and security, etc.).
The 3D models we present to our customers are only the tip of the BIM iceberg, because the tool also manages the flow of information from one end of a project to the other, from the design phase through to the operational phase.
BIM significantly improves communication between all the internal and external players involved in a project. It speeds up data transmission and makes it more reliable, allowing you to go virtually down to the smallest detail on a site.

The Lean Management approach focuses on the elimination of non-value-added steps and promotes the development of a spirit of continuous progress within companies. This management system has two objectives: to increase the value created for the customer and to improve the company’s performance. Our teams include engineers trained in “GREEN BELT LEAN MANAGEMENT”, which allows them to be “Animators” of work sites or simple workshops for continuous improvement (NFX 06 091 standard) of flows, processes or storage… Our objective is to offer a global support to our customers. The LEAN approach offers us the opportunity to work upstream with the client’s process teams to optimize and improve their flows (men, machines, storage, etc.). Our engineering skills combined with LEAN MANAGEMENT methods enable us to guarantee our customers significant savings: on the building, on production costs and on operating costs.
The “Water & Facilites” team has added a new skill to our portfolio, and is now fully established within CAP INGELEC. To this end, 7 new experienced staff have joined our Lyon branch to support all our customers in these fast-changing business sectors.
As part of our Energies Strategic Business Area, our team works across the entire water and facilities cycle in an industrial environment. Their complementary expertise means that we can carry out all the design studies for your project with a view to its completion in General Contractor format with performance guarantees.
