A strong commitment to promote gender equality

In accordance with the law of 5 September 2018 for the freedom to choose one’s professional future and its application decree of 8 January 2019, we are today publishing our professional equality index between women and men.

Gender equality is a major societal issue within Cap Ingelec. This is why we have been committed to reducing the gender gap for many years. We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and respect within our teams, in all our locations in France and abroad.

Cap Ingelec’s gender equality index on 1 March 2021 is 78 points out of 100 (for the year 2020).
