Inauguration of our new headquarters: a milestone for CAP INGELEC

Designed as an open, modern, and functional space, this 5,296-square-meter building—spanning four floors and capable of accommodating up to 350 employees—was completed in 20 months thanks to the collaboration of 18 companies, demonstrating a truly collective effort.

At the centre of this project is the goal of providing a work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and well-being on a daily basis, featuring: 24 meeting rooms, 15 soundproof booths, a versatile plenary hall, a VIP event space, a 150-seat cafeteria, and nearly 800 square metres of outdoor space.

This new headquarters also reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability, featuring concrete solutions for sustainable transportation and energy efficiency: 50 secure bike racks, 14 electric vehicle charging stations, solar panels on the parking lot, and a BREEAM Very Good certification.

The opening ceremony brought together more than a hundred guests, employees, clients, partners, and institutional representatives for a moment of shared celebration and collective pride, marked by the opportunity to explore the new spaces and enjoy a convivial atmosphere.

More than just a building, this headquarters serves as a powerful catalyst for transformation: it enhances our appeal, supports our growth, and reinforces our regional presence as we tackle complex projects in the data center, energy, and industrial sectors.

We are very proud of this new environment and excited to continue our journey here, together.
