SERVIER

The SERVIER Group has retained Cap Ingelec to ensure the project management of the extended technical lots (CVCD, CFO/CFA, Special Fluids, SPK, PLB, Partitions and laboratory furniture) within the framework of the construction of its future Servier Research Institute Paris-Saclay. This “building” will be constructed in the heart of the Greater Paris scientific innovation cluster on the Saclay plateau. Intended to bring together the R&D activities of the SERVIER Group’s French sites on a single site by 2022, this building with a floor area of approximately 45,000 m² will also include a 1,850 m² start-up incubator. In addition to its “fluid” skills, Cap Ingelec brings its expertise in the design and fitting out of laboratories with a high level of containment.

Cap Ingelec is associated on this project with WILMOTTE & ASSOCIES ARCHITECTES within the framework of a building with very low environmental constraints (HQE, WELL, Biodivercity label), the project management team is completed by BUILDERS & PARTNERS in a role of coordination of studies.
