LA PRÉVOYANCE LA PRÉVOYANCE S’IMPOSE
Detailed work was carried out in 2021 to set out the major development directions that will guide Cap Ingelec through to 2030. Our ambition is to aim for multiple performance that embraces all dimensions (technical, human, financial, shareholder and societal) to consolidate our growth. By 2026, consolidated turnover should be in the region of €250 million, with around 550 employees. To achieve these objectives, we need to develop and strengthen our positioning with customers, as well as our organisation, drawing on our strengths and the needs of the market.
With sales up by more than 30% (to €180m for the 2022 financial year) and operating profit progressing well, Cap Ingelec is enjoying strong growth. To prepare for the future and ensure this momentum is maintained over the long term, the company has developed a strategic orientation plan in collaboration with a consultancy firm. In keeping with its collaborative culture, the members of the steering committee (COPIL) were invited to take part in this collective reflection.
